Full FAQ Answers
General/Install (top)
1. "Program won't start"
Make sure that you have installed both the NSBRuntime and NSBSystemLib libraries that were included in the original zip file.
2. "Help and Intro are blank"
You must install the help pdb file that came in the original zip file to your Palm device.
3. "I can only see pictures/hints for a few characters"
You must purchase the product, receive the registration key and then enter it on the Register screen of the program in order to get full functionality.
4. "I get error 'MemryMgr.c Line: 4390' when trying to run for the first time"
You may have to reset your device using the Reset hole on the back of the unit. Then, try to run the program again. If this doesn't work, try to reinstall the application onto to your device and try again.

mvSigFlags (top)
1. "What flags are covered?"
The program teaches the International Alphabet flags A-Z, the numeral pennants 1-0, 1st repeater, 2nd repeater, 3rd repeater and Code/Answer.
2. "Are flag meanings included?"
Yes, the meaning for each flag is listed by the phonetic alphabet symbol.
3. "Can I pause a test and resume later?"
Yes, any test can be paused at any time and restarted at the same spot later, even after exiting the program.

mvMorseCode (top)
1. "How are the word hints selected for each character?"
The hint words start with the letter and have a syllable for each code character. The dih sound is represented by a 1 or 2 letter syllable, normally without stress. The dah is represented by a 3 letter or longer syllable. You want to use the hints until you can hear the word just from the sound pattern.
2. "What speed is used for the code?"
The letters are played at 12 wpm and 800hz. The dah's are 3 times longer than the dihs, and the space between sounds is equal to the length of a dih.
3. "What characters are covered?"
The program teaches A-Z, 0-9, comma, period, question mark, hyphen and stroke.
