Want to learn signal flags? How about the phonetic alphabet (Alpha, Bravo, etc.)? This is the program for you. For starters, it is a well designed learning and testing tool--an optimized flash card program. On top of that, it contains our special mnemonic tool to help you remember each flag. You can run the program in three modes:

• Tutorial: Tap the letter at the bottom to display the corresponding signal flag, its phonetic character, its maritime meaning (e.g. "Keep Clear") and the mnemonic hint to help you remember the flag.
• Auto-run: Each flag, hint and definition will be displayed for the number of seconds that you specify on the preferences screen. This is an easy way to run through the flags you need to remember.
• Test: You are given a timed test that displays each flag and waits for you to tap the corresponding letter at the bottom. The program keeps track of the number right/wrong and saves your last four scores. You can pause the test at any time and resume at a later time.

In addition, once you have taken a test you can then run the program and display only the "Missed" flags. You can even retake the test and only be tested on the flags you previously missed. This is a great way to quickly focus on the flags you have problems with.

The mnemonic method used in this program was used to teach lookouts in the Navy as well as Boy Scouts and sailors, and offers you a shortcut to permanently remember the signal flags.

Want to learn morse code but just can't seem to remember all those dihs and dahs ? This is the program for you. For starters, it is a well designed learning and testing tool--an optimized flash card program. On top of that, it contains our special mnemonic tool to help you remember each code. The hints are words or phrases whose syllables match the cadence of the morse code for that letter. There is a picture to help reinforce the selected hint. Plus, you can test yourself in send or receive mode. There is no easier way to learn morse code.

You can run the program in three modes:
